Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1. YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND RIGHTS IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER
This clause only applies if you are a consumer.
1.1 A consumer has a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000) during the period set out below in clause 1.3. This means that during the relevant period if, for any reason, you change your mind and decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of cancellation of the Contract and receive a refund provided that they are returned to Feather Grey in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery. If we find that the goods have not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item .
1.2 However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of:
(a) any personalised or custom-made products;
(b) perishable goods, such as food, drink or fresh flowers;
1.3 Your legal right to cancel a Contract commences from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, which is when the Contract between us is formed. If the Products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 7 (seven) working days in which to cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the Products. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
1.4 To cancel a Contract, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We strongly advise you to keep a copy of the email that you send to cancel the contract, for future reference.
1.5 You will receive a refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges. We will process the refund as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 calendar days of your notice of cancellation.
1.6 If you are returning the Products to us because they are faulty or defective, we will refund the price in full, and any reasonable delivery charges.
1.7 We will make refunds via the method used to pay the original charge.
1.8 If the Products were delivered to you:
(a) you must return them to us as soon as reasonably possible and in their original, undamaged packaging at your own expense. If we find that the goods have not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
1.9 As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. These statutory rights are not affected by these Terms. Advice regarding your legal rights is available from the Trading Standards office or your local Citizens' Advice Bureau.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
