This week I've designed a set of birthday party checklists, helpful tips and a suggested music download list to help plan and organise the perfect party.
The birthday party planner starts six weeks prior to the party with a helpful to do list against each week. There's no chance of missing anything as each task can be ticked off so nothing gets forgotten!
I've also included what you need to remember on the day of the party, what to take and things to check once you have arrived at the birthday venue.
There's also space to write the names of each of your guests and a tick box against each one, once you receive your RSVPs you can keep a record of who's coming and whose not.
Next I designed the party food shopping list. Here you can fill in your own ideas for items you need to buy and bake. I also made suggestions for food you might like to buy for the party too.
If you like the idea of party lunch boxes which can be made up the day before, then I've also included suggestions which I hope will be useful.
If you have any biscuit cutters, then cutting out the sandwiches in a shape always goes down well at a party.
The last sheet in the set, I pulled together sixty different kids party tunes which you can download to CD or your IPod.
All are very popular at the moment and easy to dance to.
